Cleated belts present a challenge for traditional belt cleaners – especially when they're moving large volumes or running at steep inclines.
The RH Duplex Scraper was developed specifically for these setups, particularly in harsh, high-throughput recycling environments.
Its patented two-blade design combines 2-finger and 3-finger UHMW blades to flex around horizontal cleats and remove stubborn carryback without causing wear to the cleats or belt surface.
It's designed for belts with transverse cleats commonly used to move bulk material or run at an incline.
